Everyone in the SOA will be sad to hear that Simon Porter (an SOA member, but better known as player for Headington CC, and Oxfordshire in the championship winning years in the 1980s, and later treasurer and then chairman of Oxfordshire CCC and then Oxfordshire Cricket Board) died last Thursday.
