Big flooding - some difficulty getting over the Elbe. But put our feet down and did it. Big towns deserted. Police and army everywhere. Long convoys of fire trucks now heading in the opposite direction. A bit scary. Major catastrophe coming to the towns now behind us. Now safe in a hotel at end of day six with six hundred miles in the bank.
